Dinkelsbuehl was like Rothenburg, but more like a normal town. The first evening we went to their very small Christmas market where local children sung and danced. Then off for a nice dinner in a fairly normal looking pub and a brisk walk back to our pension (it was -10 to -15 degrees and our 1L bottle of water in the car froze over night).
